Refine your self-care
Increase your receptivity to heal
Restore your health
and happiness
When your body has been through a lot, you lose your spark, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
Slow down
Your body won’t heal when you hurt! The practice creates time for you to pause and make progress on your path to creating a healthy and active life. The wisdom of yoga and and the science behind connective tissue (fascia) and breathwork invites you to a grounding and peaceful practice that encourages you to be curious about your body as a whole.
Tend to the stuck stress
Our methodology of prescriptive micro movements, mindful practices, combined with breathing exercises gently targets the stuck stress in your tissues, and is designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, that’s the rest, digest, repair response.
Prune the pain
The result is your body feels recuperated, restored and renewed. The practice is healing whether you’re an athlete, have an injury or a condition, or live with a lot of stress. Your body responds positively within one practice.
Life is too short to let aches, pains, and stress be such a big part of it!

Spark Movement Live Online Group Classes
50-60 minutes in length
Prescriptive micro movement sequences target areas in your body where you need healing.
You will experience an indirect, before direct approach to movement.
Let’s say you feel pain or discomfort in your lower back, we might target your calves.
If it’s stiffness or pain in your wrists, we might focus on your rhomboids/upper back.
Your practice will weave together breathwork, imagery, your own senses, and a few tools, so that you feel less stress, improve stability, and feel better in your body during and after practice.

Things that make Spark Movement Sparkle
Accessible to all levels, Spark Movement integrates elements of an ancient practice with today’s science and understanding of the mind and movement, the breath and the body, the nervous system and the connective tissue.
More about this practice: It is designed to be unique, just like you.
This movement weaves together yoga poses, somatic movement, self-myofascial release, and breathwork.
Somatic practices focused awareness on how your body feels when you move, assessing your movement habits, increasing your movement capacity without triggering pain.
Self-myofascial release (using the MELT Method) a gentle technique that supports your myofascial system (your muscles and your connective tissue) using a “less pressure is more” approach with the help of tools such as balls, and props.
Clarity Breathwork a peaceful, powerful breathing technique used to release stress, dis* ease, and challenge your thoughts and behaviors that hold you back.. If your breath is constricted, your life is constricted.
Don’t just move. Move comfortably, move mindfully, breathe intentionally.
Therapy tools required: MELT Hand & Foot Therapy Balls, The Super Bundle Kit is perfect for your Spark Movement Practice
