Back in the 80’s, my best friend’s mom had all the Jane Fonda workout videos. You remember…leotards, leg warmers, and high impact aerobics.
Back then it was the norm and the popular approach to individual and group fitness.
Fast forward 30 years – and many of us still think we should be jumping up and down like that to be fit and healthy – or that we should be training our butt and our core. Somewhere in our subconscious, we believe that if we can’t work out that way our bodies and our age have betrayed us.
