Downward facing dog is one of my favorite poses. It’s great for back pain and getting energy to the back of the legs.
This week’s blog is inspired by Shasta, our two year old Black Lab/Collie mix, who went missing the other week. Luckily we found him and he’s now back home with a leg injury that’s healing after an operation.
A couple of days after the op I noticed he was practicing a modified downward dog stretch!
