While vacationing in Taos, NM I had the opportunity to interview Dr. Don Flory, a clinical psychologist who has done extensive research on “respiration.”
Dr. Don is also my uncle and both my uncle and aunt were a big inspiration for me when I was growing up.
Many people ask me about the best way to deal with stress and anxiety and of course how to overcome chronic fatigue and pain.
