It’s a special week this week as I’m celebrating one year of pain free living!
Looking back on my journey there are a number of things I can attribute to my journey from pain to peace but a big part of this was aligning myself with the right people and thinking outside the pillbox.
When I look back to how I used to be, feel, act….it feels like a different person.
I realise that I was responsible for creating my life situation, and dare I say it, my pain.
So how did I change my life and my pain around?
Well so much of it had to do with freeing my mind and managing my thoughts.
