I know where you are and what you are going through.
I get it.

The most potent decision you can make is to decide how you want to feel and age.
When you’re ready to improve your health and be an active participant in your life, not a bystander, it can be invigorating and intimidating at the same time.
I can help you start this new journey. The truth is that we heal together, not alone. And together we solve those internal challenges that are keeping you from living fully and healthy.
It’s time to surrender the “one size fits all” health and healing model. There is so much more to health than weight and youth.
Your future self is waiting for you to implement strategies that are science-based and unique to you. Let’s solve your health and healing challenges. I’m ready to hold you capable.
Here's How...
What People Say About Raquel
I was stressed out and having shoulder and lower back pain. I only have 1 kidney so I am picky when it comes to medicine. Raquel has changed my life and love the way she explains to me about how my body works. You can tell that she cares about my health and educating me on why I need to breathe.
Duane, N.
Through the yoga and breathwork exercises I did with Raquel, my body began feeling lighter and I started sleeping way better. With her guidance, I became aware of how to decrease my stress levels by being mindful of how I move and breathe. To my surprise, even my friends started to notice a certain glow and change in me.
Julie Vida, A.
Raquel’s Clarity Breathwork session was life-altering. The safety, comfort, and love she created in the space felt like a soft feminine hand holding my back. Her containers are infused with empathy, compassion, and deep care. I was able to truly surrender, and allow myself to be guided by my breath in a way that hasn’t been previously accessible to me.
Paige, O.

Meet your mentor in movement
Raquel Otis
After an accident on an all-terrain vehicle, I was in chronic pain for years. Doctors told me that I’d live in pain for the rest of my life.
With a young, adventurous family that simply was not an option for me. That was a defining moment in my life that laid the foundation for me to evolve from a yoga instructor to a Mentor in Movement.
It takes more than exercise to heal, and to help you feel and be your best. Progress comes from moving, constantly evolving, and trusting it’s safe to start exactly where you are now in this moment.
Today, my chronic neck and shoulder pain and those nasty almost daily migraines are a thing of the past.
I support my students around the world by moving the needle forward in how they experience movement, their mind, the sleep they’re getting on their mattress and the role their gut microbiome plays in their health, mood, energy and well-being so that they live better and feel better in their bodies. I can help you too.
